| | | | |  A special briefing for all 100K solo runners competing for USATF national championship honors will be held in the Vilas Park shelter the evening before the race, on Friday, April 9, starting at 6:00 p.m. USATF liaison and former national champion Lin Gentling will go over the rules of competition and answer questions from you runners and your supporters. Lin, from Rochester, MN, has been the perennial team manager for the USA national ultramarathon teams and will be leading the American delegation to the 2010 World Championship 100K in Gibraltar in November. She is an excellent resource for information about ultramarathon running at the international level. Lin can also answer your questions about qualifying standards for Team USA and the team selection process. | | | | |
