Waiver
Each team member must complete and sign the attached waiver
Waivers can be scanned/emailed to [email protected] or bring to packet pick up (details below)
Packet Pick-Up
Where: Vilas Park Shelter
When: Friday, April 10 between 3:00 pm-6:00 pm OR Saturday, April 11 between 6:45 am-7:45 am
One team member can pick up the race packet for the team
Please bring ALL signed waivers to packet pick up (if not already emailed prior)
Pick up timing chip between 6:45 am � 7:45 am on race day in the Shelter
Packet will include a box of truffles and a pair of socks for each team member, one relay baton (yours to keep!), race bib (worn by the last runner)
Race Day Tips
Bring blankets, chairs, tents, snacks�whatever your team needs to be comfortable!
Please cheer on solo 100K and 50K runners
Carpool if possible�parking is available at the shelter, near the tennis courts, and on streets, but is limited
How the Relay Works
- Start time is 8:00 am; starting line/exchange zone is on Vilas Park Drive in front of shelter
First runner wears timing chip and carries baton
- When first runner is finished, pass the baton and timing chip to the 2nd runner
- Please be considerate of solo runners, and move to the side of the exchange zone when passing baton/chip
- Age groups are based on the sum total of each teams� ages; there will be one winning team per age group: http://www.madcity100k.com/relay.php
